Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive the transformation of engineering teams and increase Agile maturity across the organization.

You will work with management and operators to define the transformation roadmap, promote Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, facilitate workshops, and support cultural change.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including Agile transformation.
• Proven Agile Coach in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coach engineering teams, managers and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
• Define and support an Agile transformation roadmap.
• Assess team maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Introduce and promote Agile methods and best practices.

Job Description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support the transformation of engineering teams and strengthen the adoption of Agile ways of working across the organization.
You will work closely with both management and operational teams to improve collaboration, delivery practices and overall Agile maturity.
Your responsibilities
Coach engineering teams, managers and key stakeholders in the adoption of Agile practices.
Define and support the implementation of an Agile transformation roadmap.
Assess team maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
Introduce and promote appropriate Agile methods and best practices.
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support teams and leadership throughout organizational and cultural change.
Help establish sustainable governance and ways of working.

Profile / Requirements

Your profile
At least 10 years of professional experience, including strong experience in Agile transformation.
Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex technical or engineering environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with both operational teams and senior management.
Demonstrated experience supporting change adoption and improving team maturity.
Relevant Agile certifications are an asset.
Mandatory requirements
Fluent French.
On-site presence at least four days per week.
