Médiane Benelux, a defense-sector-focused engineering firm, seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead transformation of engineering teams and advance Agile maturity across the organization. You will collaborate with management and operations to raise collaboration and delivery practices.

The role requires 10+ years in Agile transformations, hands-on coaching of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. On-site presence four days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile transformations.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both operational teams and senior management.
• Relevant Agile certifications are an asset.

• Define and support the implementation of an Agile transformation roadmap.
• Assess team maturity and identify improvement opportunities.

Job Description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support the transformation of engineering teams and strengthen the adoption of Agile ways of working across the organization.

You will work closely with both management and operational teams to improve collaboration, delivery practices and overall Agile maturity.

Required qualifications

Your profile

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including strong experience in Agile transformation.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both operational teams and senior management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting change adoption and improving team maturity.
• Relevant Agile certifications are an asset.

Mandatory requirements

• Fluent French.
• On-site presence at least four days per week.
