Cegeka is seeking a Medior Scrum Master to support the delivery of digital services across multiple Agile teams in a highly regulated Belgian sector. You will join an established Agile environment working with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and developers to ensure predictable delivery and strong Agile practices within your squad.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, monitor velocity, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining Jira boards and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Scrum Master experience in software delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience facilitating a development team end-to-end.
• Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset.

You will join an established Agile environment where collaboration, delivery focus, and continuous improvement are key. Working closely with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and developers, you will help ensure predictable delivery and foster strong Agile practices within your squad.

Required Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software delivery environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Autonomous, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• PSM, CSM or similar Agile certification
• Experience with SAFe environments
• Knowledge of Jira Advanced Roadmaps
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery practices

Languages
