Médiane Benelux is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join the eDCT project organization, focusing on the Calibration team within automotive engineering. You will drive Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering and experience in calibration or software development, with strong English skills; Dutch/French are advantageous. On-site collaboration in the Belgian Limburg region is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field with automotive interest.
• Experience in calibration and/or software development is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum planning is valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch/French a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our eDCT project organization, focusing on the Calibration (Functional Validation & Performance) team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile projects within a dynamic automotive engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization of sprint content together with Calibration stakeholders (Product Owners, Program Manager, etc.).
• Host sprint-related meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Review/Retrospective sessions.
• Ensure smooth daily execution of calibration tasks by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks.
• Coordinate requests coming from and towards other Agile teams.
• Provide input to timing and scope discussions at the project level.
• Contribute to overall project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize or learn Agile project management tools and calibration development environments.

Profile / Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in automotive engineering.
• Experience in calibration and/or software development is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum planning is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required; knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
