Médiane Benelux seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support the rollout and adoption of Agile practices in embedded software development teams within defense projects.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, monitor metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with Agile governance and delivery goals.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent command of Jira.
Experience supporting Agile transformation or organizational change.
Asset: experience in embedded software environments.

Responsabilités

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Identify and remove impediments for teams.
Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and governance.
Monitor delivery metrics and team performance.
Coordinate backlog management and sprint planning.
Communicate with product stakeholders and management.
Contribute to continuous Agile improvement.

Job Description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the rollout and adoption of Agile ways of working within embedded software development teams.

Your responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Support teams in identifying and removing impediments.
Ensure the consistent application of Agile principles and governance.
Monitor delivery indicators and team performance metrics.
Support backlog management, prioritization and sprint planning.
Coordinate communication between development teams, product stakeholders and management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization.

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent command of Jira.
Experience supporting Agile transformation or organizational change.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in an embedded software or complex technical environment is an asset.
A recognized Scrum certification is preferred.
