Job summary

OneSource Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a complex cross-functional team working between Client, Wyre, and an external partner on tooling (Marlin) documentation. You will foster collaboration, raise agile maturity, and align stakeholders while driving delivery excellence.

The role requires hands-on, pragmatic leadership with a strong coaching mindset and excellent communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders toward aligned outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• For Client's TSS team, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who goes beyond traditional agile facilitation. You will support a complex cross-functional team operating between Client, Wyre and an external partner, which focuses on the tooling (Marlin) in which the Wyre network is documented. The role requires a hands-on, pragmatic professional who can improve team collaboration, drive agile maturity, support delivery excellence and act as a trusted partner to both the Product Owner and key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile ways of working.
• Coach and support the team towards higher agile maturity.
• Drive team effectiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support the Product Owner in delivery management and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Client, Wyre and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile leadership role.
• Proven experience working in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong delivery mindset combined with coaching capabilities.
• Ability to build trust and create alignment within diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, data professionals, release management and external partners.
• Scrum certifications are considered a plus, but proven experience is valued more highly.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Scrum Master experience (preferably 4+ years).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong coaching and team development capabilities.
• Jira expertise, including dashboards, reporting and basic query creation.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using delivery and team metrics.
• Ability to drive change and improve adoption of agile practices.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience working with external vendors/partners.
• Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of flow metrics and agile performance measurements.
• Experience with Confluence and Mural.
• Process improvement and process design experience.
• Agile coaching experience.
• Familiarity with SAFe or scaled agile environments.
