Vivid Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Freelance Scrum Master to support a Customer Care CRM squad as part of a major digital transformation programme in Brussels. You will lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate dependencies across CRM, IT, Data, Business and Operations teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, with Jira and Confluence experience, plus collaboration with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Agile delivery experience with strong Scrum Master background.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Our client, a large international logistics organisation, is looking for an experienced Freelance Scrum Master to support a Customer Care CRM squad as part of a major digital transformation programme.

About the Role

Freelance Scrum Master – CRM / Customer Care – Brussels 12 months+

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies across a two-week sprint cycle.
• Manage sprint and PI delivery, risks and impediments.
• Coordinate dependencies across CRM, IT, Data, Business and Operations teams.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, story readiness and capacity planning.
• Track velocity, burn-down and overall delivery progress.
• Drive continuous improvement across the squad.
• Provide clear delivery and risk reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Agile delivery experience with strong Scrum Master experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, including PI Planning.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery blockers.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM experience is highly advantageous.
• Scrum or SAFe certification is a plus.
• Customer Care, Contact Centre or logistics experience is advantageous.
