Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a Senior Delivery Director to steer delivery and coordination of client projects and consultancy staff across the Benelux. The role reports to leadership and combines client-facing pre-sales with program leadership across SAP ERP Cloud (Private) and S/4HANA projects.

The position requires deep SAP expertise, a strong network in the SAP ecosystem, and a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style.

Qualifications

• Master-level degree in IT/engineering or related field.
• Several years of SAP project/program management, esp. S/4HANA.
• Strong integration and systems landscape understanding.
• Proven network within SAP ecosystem and partner exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and coordination of national and international SAP projects.
• Coordinate with program managers and develop staff capabilities.
• Drive pre-sales activities and shaping proposals with senior leaders.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Steer end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Serve as interface between business and IT during implementations.

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Director to lead the delivery and coordination of client projects and consultancy staff across the Benelux. The Delivery Director is a member of the Benelux and leadership team and combines multiple responsibilities: coordinating all projects with the assigned client program managers, managing the professional development of our consultancy staff, and managing your own national and international SAP projects/programs at selective clients with the intention to grow the business by creating client value. The office location for this position would be in Hasselt and Diegem, Belgium.

Your Responsibilities:

• Management, planning, and coordination of national and international SAP projects/programs with a focus on SAP ERP Cloud (Private)
• Advising clients during the proposal process and in projects, shaping the sales cycle content, and aligning with stakeholders
• Presenting and negotiating offers, as well as taking responsibility for pre-sales activities
• Ensuring project success in terms of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality
• Lead sales cycles end to end: running discovery, coordinating and delivering demos, shaping proposals together with the Managing Director and bringing opportunities to close
• Acting as the interface between business and IT in implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration processes
• Mentoring our young professionals and taking professional responsibility for consultants
• Contributing to competence teams and continuously developing hard and soft skills
• Familiarity with the SAP business suite and S/4HANA, and enough functional depth to hold credible conversations with customers and SAP alike
• Collaborate closely with our delivery and competence teams, drawing on their expertise to win in the sales cycle

What You Should Bring with You:

• Master of Science, Bachelor Engineering IT/Computer Science with master's in supply chain management, logistics, finance, AI, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering
• Several years of experience managing SAP projects/programs, particularly with S/4HANA and SAP ERP Cloud (Private)
• Broad SAP expertise and deep understanding of integration processes and system landscapes
• Familiarity with the SAP business suite and S/4HANA, and enough functional depth to hold credible conversations with customers and SAP alike
• An established, trusted network within the SAP ecosystem, ideally built through experience at SAP or an SAP partner
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented work style with a high level of personal responsibility
• A genuine team player who relies on and contributes to the team.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German or French is a plus
