Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG is a leading SAP consulting firm with offices in Belgium (Hasselt and Diegem) and a network across Europe and the USA. We seek an experienced SAP project leader to drive national and international programs, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor professionals, contribute to pre-sales, manage budgets, and collaborate across competence teams while advancing SAP Activate and SCRUM practices in a flexible, travel-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects and experience with S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and overview of SAP landscape.
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate method.
• Experience with PMI/IPMA/Prince2 and interest in SCRUM.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Negotiation skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Management, planning and control of national and international SAP projects/programs.
• Responsibility for project success in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Scheduling and budget plans, as well as project costing.
• Quality assurance of project teams' performance and monitoring capacity utilization.
• Collaboration in competence teams.
• Responsibility for pre-sales activities.
• Mentoring young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants.
• Continual training of hard and soft skills.

These your tasks are:

What experience you should have:

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects and experience with S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate method
• Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Negotiation skills in Dutch and English (French as a plus)
