CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking an experienced SAP project leader to oversee national and international SAP initiatives. You will drive project success, manage budgets, and maintain profitability while mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes client interaction, pre-sales support, and continuous skills development in SAP technologies and agile practices. Flexible work and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects, including S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscape and integration.
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and PM frameworks (PMI/IPMA/Prince2).
• Interest in agile process models and SCRUM.

These your tasks are:

• Management, planning and control of our national and international SAP projects/programs
• Responsibility for project success in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability
• Scheduling and budget plans, as well as project costing
• Quality assurance of the project teams' performance and monitoring capacity utilization
• Collaboration in our competence teams
• Responsibility for pre-sales activities
• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects and experience with S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate method
• Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Interest in open and constructive cooperation

• Negotiation skills in Dutch/French and English
