Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Brussels to drive efficient sales execution across the region. You will prepare and maintain customer quotations, support pricing and commercial administration, and coordinate RFIs and RFQs with internal teams.

You will work closely with regional sales colleagues and CRM/SAP to ensure accurate data, timely responses, and excellent customer experiences, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in sales support or customer service.
• Understanding of sales processes and quotation management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain customer quotations in CRM and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Process sales leads and requests while supporting follow-up and sales execution across the region.
• Coordinate RFIs, RFQs and customer questionnaires with internal stakeholders for high‑quality submissions.
• Support pricing, quotation and commercial administration activities per guidelines.
• Coordinate demonstration equipment activities, including scheduling, shipment and documentation.
• Organize requests for sales literature, product samples and technical documentation to engage customers.
• Maintain high-quality customer and commercial data across systems to ensure reliable information.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to enable smooth sales operations.

Join our Sales team as a Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in enabling efficient sales execution across the region. Through quotation management, commercial coordination, and operational support, you will help ensure reliable sales processes and an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain customer quotations in CRM, SAP and related sales support tools to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely customer responses
• Process sales leads and customer requests while supporting efficient follow-up and sales execution across the region
• Coordinate RFIs, RFQs and customer questionnaires by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring high-quality submissions
• Support pricing, quotation and commercial administration activities in line with established processes and commercial guidelines
• Coordinate demonstration equipment activities, including scheduling, shipment, returns and documentation management
• Organize and coordinate requests for sales literature, product samples and technical documentation to support customer engagement activities
• Maintain high-quality customer and commercial data across relevant systems to ensure reliable business information and process effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to support seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction
