Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Brussels offers a six-month internship at the Central Sales Office Belgium for 2027. You will support the sales team, research markets, and assist with tours and events, gaining exposure to corporate, MICE, and airline accounts.

The program includes training, online and offline, and employee rates across hotels, with international growth opportunities after graduation. English is required; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Service minded.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales department with day-to-day tasks (Corporate, MICE & airlines teams).
• Researching potential target markets.
• Participating in call projects to accounts with the team.
• Assisting in organizing educational tours (fam. trips) + client events.
• Organizing and executing mailings – when necessary.
• Adjusting and implementing data in the CRM database.
• Support in reporting & data analysis.
• Managing a small portfolio of mixed clients.
