Renaissance Brussels Hotel in Brussels is offering an Events & Sales Internship to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations and hospitality. You will support the events team with daily tasks, assist in meetings, and prepare BEOs while engaging with clients by email and phone to tailor proposals and drive business growth.

You will also shadow the sales team on calls and site visits, contribute to regular reporting in Opera and SFA, and participate in weekly sales meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Languages required: English and French.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Event Team in daily administrative tasks.
• Handle internal meetings and prepare the Banquet Events Orders for the following week and participate in the BEO meeting.
• Be in contact with clients by email and phone and tailor proposals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Shadow the proactive sales team on appropriate sales calls and site inspections.
• Extract Daily, weekly, monthly reports (Opera, SFA).
