Hilton Brussels Grand Place in Brussels is seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Trainee intern to join our team. As part of the Marketing and Sales & Events groups, you’ll create marketing collaterals, manage online content, and assist in campaign analysis to boost performance.

You’ll work on social media, presentations, and daily administrative tasks while collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in marketing/communication/business or hotel management.
• Fluent in English; additional French/Dutch is a plus.
• Communicative, customer service oriented, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute marketing collaterals and digital assets.
• Develop presentations for Sales & Meetings & Events teams.
• Manage online content for hotel websites and partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support social media management and reporting.
• Coordinate with sales to identify leads and opportunities.
