Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites you to join the Central Sales Office Belgium in Brussels for a 6+-month internship with the National Sales Office. You will support Corporate, MICE and airline sales, research target markets and assist in client events and tours.

As part of Minor Hotels, you will gain hands-on experience in a global hospitality group, with training, hotel employee discounts, and growth opportunities across the worldwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Service minded and proactive attitude are essential.
• Flexible and responsible with the ability to adapt to varied tasks.
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset to support sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department with day-to-day tasks (Corporate, MICE & airlines teams).
• Conduct research on potential target markets and accounts.
• Participate in call projects with the team.
• Assist in organizing educational tours and client events.
• Organize mailings and CRM data updates as needed.
• Support reporting and data analysis activities.
• Manage a small portfolio of mixed clients.
