The Hoxton Brussels is offering a 3 to 6 months internship with our Sales and Community team. You will support the Sales Manager on projects, assist with on-site visits, onboarding new members and help keep our spaces welcoming.

You will use English and French daily, with Dutch as a bonus, and develop IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Canva. Perks include 550€/month, transport reimbursement, free meals during shifts, a free night at The Hoxton and generous staff discounts.

• Seeking a 3 to 6 months internship.
• Proficient in English and French; Dutch is a bonus.
• Internship available for management trainees.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Sales Manager with various sales projects, administrative tasks and reporting
• Assisting with onsite sales visits and providing general support to the Sales team
• Supporting the onboarding and welcoming process for new members
• Ensuring the pantries and printer stations are clean, organized and regularly restocked
• Supporting communication activities, including creating Canva posters, managing the members’ app, preparing newsletters and communicating with members in person
• Conducting regular Look & Feel tours to ensure that our spaces are clean, welcoming and well maintained
• Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up according to members’ needs
• Supporting Reception with day passes, packages, letters and day-to-day operations
• Assisting with the organization and execution of events, as well as actively participating in them
