The Hoxton Brussels seeks an enthusiastic hospitality intern to support the F&B department with daily admin tasks and service coverage. You will help create SOPs, understand staffing needs for events, and coordinate with temporary staff weekly.

Contribute to menu updates, assist hostesses, and learn to use tools like SevenRooms and Micros while analyzing guest feedback and supporting reporting efforts.

Responsabilités

• Assist the F&B department with daily administrative tasks.
• Cover service when necessary due to activity, sickness, or events.
• Create, update and communicate SOPs per manager requests.
• Coordinate staff needs for days/events/trainings.
• Communicate shifts to Occasionnels weekly via Strobbo.
