The Hoxton Brussels, hiring via Hosco, seeks a 3–6 month internship to support the Sales Manager with projects, admin tasks and reporting. You’ll assist onsite visits, onboarding new members and communications, ensuring spaces stay welcoming and well-organized.

Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch is a bonus. Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva), excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support Sales Manager with sales projects, admin tasks and reporting
• Assist with onsite sales visits and general Sales team support
• Assist onboarding and welcoming process for new members
• Keep pantries and printers stocked and organized
• Support communications: Canva posters, manage members app, newsletters
• Conduct Look & Feel tours to ensure spaces are clean and welcoming
• Prepare meeting rooms as required
• Assist Reception with day passes, packages and day-to-day operations
• Help organize and execute events

THE HOXTON BRUSSELS is hiring through Hosco in Brussels. The Hoxton, Brussels is our first hotel in Belgium, occupying a brutalist-style tower building and the former European headquarters of IBM. It features 198 rooms of various sizes, a lofty double-height lobby, a bar, a coffee bar, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant - Cantina Valentina, a rooftop bar - TOPE - that offers stunning views across the city, and The Apartment, our unique meetings & events concept. Working From_ brings our unique approach to co-working to Brussels. Our 3rd global location features double-height windows, a mixture of memberships and office spaces, open kitchen pantries, and transparent policies.

What you'll do...

• Supporting the Sales Manager with various sales projects, administrative tasks and reporting
• Assisting with onsite sales visits and providing general support to the Sales team
• Supporting the onboarding and welcoming process for new members
• Ensuring the pantries and printer stations are clean, organized and regularly restocked
• Supporting communication activities, including creating Canva posters, managing the members' app, preparing newsletters and communicating with members in person
• Conducting regular Look & Feel tours to ensure that our spaces are clean, welcoming and well maintained
• Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up according to members' needs
• Supporting Reception with day passes, packages, letters and day-to-day operations
• Assisting with the organization and execution of events, as well as actively participating in them

What we’re looking for...

• Seeking a 3 to 6 months internship
• Proficient in English and French, Dutch is a bonus
• Internship available for management trainees
• Excellent communication skills, both written as spoken

• Proficient in IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
