Projective Group Talent is seeking a motivated professional to lead client-facing software implementations from initiation to go-live. You will coordinate business users and technical teams, shaping plans and configurations to meet client needs.

In a hybrid setup across Antwerp, client locations and remote work, you’ll collaborate with customer success, product and technical teams to move projects forward smoothly. A degree in CS/IT/engineering and fluency in English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in software implementation or IT projects.
• Understanding of workflow systems and business processes.
• Structured work approach, prioritization, and adaptability.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead software implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate activities across internal and client teams.
• Build project plans with timelines, resources, budgets, risks and milestones.
• Manage client relationships and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Configure the software based on business requirements.
• Support testing, integration, documentation and onboarding.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status meetings and steering committees.
