Peripass is seeking an ambitious Implementatie Consultant Benelux to own the full implementation journey from kickoff to go-live and hypercare. You will guide customers through each phase, run workshops, configure and integrate solutions, support testing, and act as a product ambassador.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams and third parties to translate business needs into working Peripass setups and ensure on-time delivery across Benelux.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on implementation or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; technical background preferred.
• Experience with client-facing project work, workshops and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, empathy and adaptability for different customers.
• Mix of project coordination with hands-on execution: analysis, configuration, testing and follow-up.
• Solid technical affinity with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting; Postman/Swagger is a plus.
• Willingness to travel; languages Dutch & English important; German or French a plus.
• Open to working from the Ghent office.

Responsabilités

• Lead full implementation: kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Translate business needs into a Peripass setup; identify inefficiencies.
• Combine project management with hands-on execution: workshops, configuration, testing, follow-up.
• Handle integrations, APIs, component testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders with clear priorities and momentum.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and empathy.
• Travel to customer sites across Benelux; collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Report to Head of Professional Service Érick Gomides.
