Job summary

CollectOnline NV is a fast-growing European SaaS scale-up delivering AI-driven receivables management. The Customer Success Manager role leads end-to-end client implementations, guiding from SOW to go-live and through hypercare, across multiple projects in parallel.

You will coordinate with ERP and accounting integrations, communicate with clients in Dutch and English, and ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, business consulting or project management, preferably in a SaaS/FinTech environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analysis & intake to map client processes and pain points.
• Requirements translation into a concrete technical and functional scope.
• Drafting an SoW that forms the contractual basis for the implementation.
• Implementation & configuration of DunningOnline or RecoverOnline per client needs.
• Technical guidance including ERP integrations and payment provider connectors.
• Testing & validation to ensure go-live readiness with the client.
• Weekly portfolio status updates and stakeholder reporting (via JIRA).
• Post go-live, manage hypercare and handover to support.
