Qargo TMS is seeking a Customer Support Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our cloud-based Transport Management Platform. You will work closely with Engineering and Onboarding to continually improve customer support and user experience.

The role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving, clear communication, and building deep product knowledge in a fast-growing SaaS logistics environment in Ghent. Hybrid work from our Ghent office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• SaaS and/or logistics experience is a big plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive learner who adapts to new systems.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via chat and guide them through the platform.
• Translate technical issues into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Investigate and understand technical problems, collaborating with Engineering to find root causes.
• Act as voice of the customer and share feedback with internal teams to improve the product.
• Continuously build product knowledge to become a trusted expert in the TMS platform.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve the overall product experience.
• Provide administrative support to the Onboarding team by importing client data into the system.
