Qargo TMS is a cloud-based Transport Management Platform. As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will guide customers step by step from onboarding to go-live, configuring the platform and delivering hands-on training so they can work confidently from day one.

This remote role in Belgium involves regular travel to clients nationwide, with a preference for Limburg. You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to continuously optimise the solution and ensure high adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Operational background in transport or logistics with curiosity about SaaS.
• Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions and interest in logistics operations.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their work.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused and passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Proactive, organised, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Fluent in Dutch, Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license for customer visits across Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through the onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live and aftercare.
• Analyze current workflows and translate into an efficient Qargo setup.
• Configure the platform and deliver hands-on training for day-one productivity.
• Serve as main contact during implementation and ensure satisfaction and adoption.
• Support pre-sales by analyzing client needs and providing technical input during demos.
• Capture insights and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to optimise the solution.
• Travel regularly across Belgium to meet customers.
