Qargo is seeking a Support Engineer in Ghent to bridge Customer Support and Engineering. You’ll resolve technical issues quickly, learn how our SaaS Transport Management Platform works under the hood, and help scale support as we grow within a fast‑moving international team.

The role offers hybrid working, ownership of complex problems, and opportunities to learn AI‑assisted tools, read logs, write queries, and influence product improvements with clear, concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read code, analyze logs, and write basic SQL.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with AI tools for troubleshooting and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Act as second-line support bridging customer support and engineering.
• Triage and prioritise internal support requests for speed.
• Analyse issues, read code/logs, identify root causes.
• Suggest and implement improvements to support workflows.
• Provide feedback on product improvements from recurring cases.
• Help reduce time engineers spend on support tasks.
• Increase cases solvable automatically.
