Qargo is seeking a Business Analyst in Ghent to deliver successful customer projects by analyzing workflows, translating them into TMS configurations, and acting as a bridge between customers and technical teams. You will gain autonomy, ownership, and impact in a fast-growing European scale-up.

You’ll explore domains in transport operations, finance, or process automation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to shape configurations while upholding high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation.
• Background in fintech, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in Excel; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand the customer’s workflows, goals, and constraints.
• Translate requirements into optimal Qargo TMS configurations.
• Support data mappings and transformations for system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet business needs.
• Manage administrative and project tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
