Qargo TMS, a cloud-based Transport Management Platform, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join the Ghent team. You will onboard clients across the UK, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands, configure mappings, manage data, and educate customers on features to ensure smooth operations.

Requires strong analytical skills and transportation knowledge, with advanced Excel. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid work from Ghent offers ownership and impact in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical/technical aptitude and comfortable navigating software systems.
• Solid understanding of transportation concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills; scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be one of the main technical contacts in the support team, coordinating with engineering when needed.
• Manage the technical support for clients across the UK, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
• Educate clients on new and existing features through the support platform.
• Upload master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) into Qargo.
• Adapt PDF and email templates to match client requirements.
• Set up Excel/CSV imports and configure mappings to ensure data accuracy.
• Support clients with intermodal connections, order import mapping, pallet network configuration, and rate card error analysis.
