Talents4You, based in Leuven with a hybrid work setup, is seeking a Business Development Manager (BE) to drive growth in Belgium. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing and maintain strong client relationships in a dynamic SaaS environment.

• Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus).

• Hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new accounts in Belgium.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from discovery to closing.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and contracts with clients.
• Build and manage strong client relationships as the go-to contact.
• Ensure timely, accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• Help establish long-lasting, value-driven partnerships.
