Job summary

itsme® in Belgium is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of SME accounts. You will combine hands-on management with data-driven growth, identifying opportunities and driving adoption of itsme® services.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Care, Product, Marketing and technical teams to improve onboarding, renewals and scalable engagement. Offices near Brussels Central, with the option to work remotely 3 days a week.

Qualifications

2+ years in a commercial role, preferably Account Management or Customer Success.
Comfort with learning a digital product and using CRM/automation tools (Salesforce a plus).
Ability to build trust and translate customer insights into clear next steps.
English plus Dutch or French; multilingua is a strong plus.
Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset to scale processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow your portfolio: be the commercial point of contact for SME customers, using data to spot adoption changes and opportunities.
Turn opportunities into growth: drive usage expansion, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
Build scaled account initiatives: develop outreach, dashboards, self-service resources, and repeatable engagement.
