The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Room Clerk to support the service team in a lively 4- to 5-star setting. You will help with pre-service preparation, assist during service, and tidy after shifts, ensuring order and cleanliness in all areas.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in Room Clerk, Server, or similar roles, preferably in Brussels or Benelux, and is fluent in French and English (Dutch a plus). A diverse background in arts, music or entertainment is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least one year as a Room Clerk or similar role.
• Preferably from a lifestyle hotel or large 4- or 5-star hotel in Brussels or the Benelux region.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
• Very sociable, proactive and professional with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Before the service: assist with setup, dining room preparation and service equipment.
• During the service: support the chef de rang, clear and manage dishes.
• After the service: reset for the next shift and help with events and banquets.
