The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Chef de Rang to join its luxury team in Brussels. The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities include setting up the dining room, assisting during service, and coordinating post-service duties. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar role in a lifestyle hotel or large 4–5 star hotel in Brussels or the Benelux region.
• Proficiency in French and English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to live and work in the EU legally.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the room before service: set tables, arrange furniture, linens and decor; brief clerks and team members.
• During service: take orders from the maître d'hôtel, relay to kitchen staff and assist service.
• After service: clear and reset tables; maintain order and cleanliness; assist with banquets and buffets.
