Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Rewards Review Project Management Officer in Brussels to lead coordinated delivery across mobile staff and HQ rewards initiatives. You will work under the PM Lead, collaborating with Compensation & Benefits, HR, and Finance teams to implement grading, pay systems and leave policies.

You will prepare implementation materials, support workstream leads, and supervise documentation of decisions, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources, project management, organisational change, or another relevant field or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience including supporting a complex multi-stakeholder project.
• Experience working in HR roles within MSF.
• Experience with rewards, compensation and benefits or job evaluation/grading is an asset; experience using the Hay grading methodology is a particular asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management lead in coordinating timelines, deliverables, milestones and interdependencies across all departments, workstreams and stakeholders.
• Maintain the project plan and document key decisions, risks, mitigations and dependencies.
• Foster effective collaboration across HR units, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other relevant functions.
• Ensure consistent implementation practices across departments; support workstream leads as needed; and contribute to the quality of technical deliverables.
