Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Strategic Planning and Projects Management Coordinator to lead strategic planning and PMO for the Supply Chain department at the Operational Centre Brussels. You will align priorities across MSF movement and support budget cycles with measurable roadmaps.

The role requires 3+ years in program/portfolio management, strong analytical and change leadership skills, and fluency in English with French a strong asset. Homeworking is possible under policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program/portfolio management in international contexts.
• Advanced certification in program/portfolio or project management is a strong asset.
• Humanitarian settings experience is an asset.
• Master’s degree in SCM, Strategy or related field is an asset.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and PMO for MSF Belgium Supply Chain's operations.
• Coordinate budgeting cycles and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to governance and decision-making bodies.
• Represent Supply Chain interests in inter-organizational discussions and partnerships.
• Oversee multi-year country-level planning frameworks and coherence.
• Support organizational transformation and change adoption across units.
