Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Rewards Review Project Management Officer in Brussels to coordinate the delivery of the Global Grading Framework, the new Individual Pay System and the Global Leave Policy for HQ staff and mobile staff. You will report to the Rewards Review Project Management Lead and work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team, the HQ HR team, and other workstreams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, project management, organisational change, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a complex multi-stakeholder project.
• Experience in HR roles within MSF.
• Experience with rewards, compensation and benefits or job evaluation/grading is an asset; Hay methodology is a particular asset.
• Strong planning, organisation and follow‑up skills with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Reliable and proactive with strong communication and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Collaborative and service‑oriented; comfortable working across functions in a matrix environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, milestones and interdependencies across departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain the project plan and document key decisions, risks, mitigations and dependencies.
• Foster effective collaboration across HR, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Ensure consistent implementation practices and quality of technical deliverables.
• Support stakeholder engagement with communication plans, FAQs and materials.
• Contribute to HQ Rewards Review components and integrated implementation planning.
• Document lessons learned and support post‑implementation stabilization.
