PwC Belgium is seeking a Reward Expert to help organisations offer the best possible reward experience to employees. You will co-create, implement and deploy reward strategies, including compensation, benefits and recognition.

Based in Brussels/Antwerp or Ghent, you’ll coordinate reviews, deliver projects and help clients optimize reward programs. You have 2+ years in Reward, ideally in consultancy or Big4, with English fluency and Dutch or French skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Reward, preferably in consultancy or Big4.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and ability to develop clear visuals.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute final reviews and project delivery for Reward work.
• Co-create, implement and deploy reward strategies with clients.
• Support definition of policy, benchmarking and compensation & benefits.
• Perform data visualization to communicate findings to clients.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal Services and Advisory HR teams.
• Coach and guide junior advisers and grow the practice.
