Zusammenfassung

MSF Belgium is seeking a Rewards Review Project Management Officer to coordinate the rollout of the Global Grading Framework, new pay system and leave policy for HQ and mobile staff. You will manage day-to-day follow-up, develop materials, support workstreams and ensure documentation of decisions, risks and dependencies.

The role requires strong collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal and Ops, with an emphasis on autonomous, proactive delivery in a matrix environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HR, project management, organizational change, communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting a multi-stakeholder project.
• Experience in HR roles within MSF; change-management is a plus.
• Experience with rewards/compensation or job evaluation is an asset (Hay method is a plus).
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Reliable, proactive and collaborative; able to work across functions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, milestones and dependencies across departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain the project plan and document key decisions, risks and mitigations.
• Foster collaboration across HR, Operations, Finance, Legal and related functions.
• Ensure consistent implementation practices and support workstream leads.
• Provide implementation materials, briefings and Q&As; support stabilization post-implementation.
• Translate findings into actionable requirements and coordinate legal/financial assessments.
