Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Strategic Planning and Projects Management Coordinator to drive the Supply Chain's strategic planning and PMO activities from Brussels. You will lead project standards, monitor interdependencies, and coach teams across agile and waterfall methods to deliver value.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-cultural collaboration, and budget prioritization in a complex humanitarian setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program/portfolio management in an international environment.
• Advanced certification in program, portfolio or project management is a strong asset.
• Experience in change management is a strong asset; humanitarian exposure is a plus.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is an asset.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain PMO and set project management standards.
• Monitor prioritization, interdependencies, risks, and resources.
• Coach staff in project delivery using agile and waterfall methods.
• Promote effective change management across projects and initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and prioritization at headquarters.
• Align priorities from countries of operation with departmental ambitions.
• Provide information to governance bodies to assess priorities.
