Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and related revenue platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and define clear business rules to optimize SaaS operations.

Strong experience across Salesforce and HubSpot with API/data skills is required. The role focuses on documenting system changes, improving governance, and ensuring seamless integration with billing, CPQ and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicates, and automation gaps.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and governance decisions.
• Assess CRM changes impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing and integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design and sustainable governance.
