Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) in a remote contract role. You will audit CRM and integrated revenue platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and implement governance policies to improve how teams operate across billing, CPQ and ticketing.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong SQL and API skills, and a proven track record delivering CRM migrations or optimizations in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms).
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
