Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland invites a candidate to join the PIONEERS internship program as a Retail Performance & Learning Intern in Brussels. You will support both Retail Performance and Learning teams across 14 stores in 8 countries, contributing to data-driven performance improvements and training initiatives.

Ideal candidates are Bachelor’s or Master’s students in business-related fields with strong English, solid Excel/PowerPoint skills, and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language is an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance team and store efficiency.
• Assist in designing and implementing tools and strategies for in-store performance and client service.
• Support creation of daily, weekly, monthly retail operation reports.
• Assist stores with budget creation, supplier management, and SAP purchase orders.
• Support weekly planning and agenda of the Retail Director.
• Handle incident and service requests (create and follow up).
• Help design and prepare training materials for in-store and virtual sessions.
• Assist learning team with travel and accommodation bookings for trainings.
• Track and evaluate coaching initiatives with KPIs for measurable results.
