Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is seeking a Data Analyst Intern as part of the PIONEERS internship program. Based at the Brussels head office, you will support Retail Performance and Learning teams across 14 stores in 8 countries, gaining exposure to luxury retail analytics and training delivery.

You will analyze store performance data, assist with reporting, and contribute to data-driven insights while helping to design tools and resources for in-store optimization and training

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Excellent English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Retail Performance (80%): Analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Retail Performance (80%): Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance team and store efficiency.
• Retail Performance (80%): Assist in designing and implementing tools for in-store experience, performance tracking and client service.
• Retail Performance (80%): Support creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor operations.
• Retail Performance (80%): Assist with budget creation and supplier follow-up in SAP, including order tracking.
• Retail Performance (80%): Support Retail Director’s weekly planning and incident tracking.
• Learning (20%): Help design training materials for in-store and virtual sessions.
• Learning (20%): Help arrange travel/accommodation for LV employees attending trainings.
• Learning (20%): Track coaching/training impact with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
