Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is offering a Retail Performance & Learning Internship at the Brussels head office. You will support both retail performance and learning teams across 14 stores in 8 countries as part of the PIONEERS program.

The role combines data analysis, reporting, and training design, with exposure to SAP, Power BI, and regional retail operations. Start Dec 2026/Jan 2027 for 6–12 months, based in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Analyze store performance data with the Retail Performance Coordinator to identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance team and store efficiency.
• Assist with design and implementation of tools/strategies for in-store performance and client service delivery.
• Support creation of daily, weekly, and monthly retail operation reports.
• Assist stores with budget and supplier processes, and order follow-up in SAP.
• Support the Retail Director’s planning and agenda.
• Coordinate incident and service requests with follow-up.
• Help design training materials and resources for in-store and virtual sessions.
• Coordinate travel/accommodation for trainings across the region.
• Track and evaluate the impact of coaching/training initiatives using KPIs.
