Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland invites applications for a Merchandising Intern at our Brussels Head Office. You will join the PIONEERS internship program, providing operational merchandising support to stores and gaining insight into regional retail strategy.

Responsibilities include monitoring the store network, supporting activations and openings, and feeding back on client behavior and product performance to EMEA Merchandising teams. Start in Dec 2026 or Jan 2027 for 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of French, Dutch, Polish, or Nordic languages is an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in luxury, fashion and product strategy.
• Start Date: December 2026 or January 2027 for 6–12 months.
• Location: Brussels, Belgium at Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office.
• Internship requires university internship convention.

Responsabilités

• Animate and monitor the store network through regular contact with store teams across 8 countries.
• Participate in the preparation and follow-up of retail activations and store openings.
• Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance and collection feedback, and competitor insights to EMEA Merchandising teams.
• Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs (e.g., lookbooks, presentations, daily moments).
• Support merchandising department during store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls
• Support the tracking and analysis of KPIs and merchandising reports.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends in the region.
• Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.
