Job summary

Louis Vuitton is offering a Retail Performance & Learning Internship in Brussels as part of the PIONEERS Internship Program. You will support the Retail team across Benelux, Nordics & Poland, contributing to store performance insights and developing training materials.

The role involves data analysis, reporting, and helping with in-store client services, with learning activities across the region. Start Dec 2026/Jan 2027 for 6–12 months; internship agreement required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, service-minded, and people-oriented with a team player attitude; demonstrated sense of ownership and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Retail Performance (80%): analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement; contribute to data-driven insights for team and store efficiency; assist with tools and strategies for in-store performance, reporting, and client service delivery; support budget creation and supplier follow-up in SAP; assist with planning for Retail Director.
• Learning (20%): design training materials and resources for in-store and virtual sessions; book travel and accommodation for LV employees attending trainings; track and evaluate coaching/training impact with KPI’s for continuous improvement.
