Axis Group in Belgium is seeking a Retail Insurance Team Lead to manage a team of about 13 supervisors, coaching and evaluating performance while ensuring clear communication. You will foster a stimulating, empowering environment and oversee priorities, deadlines, and resources to keep the team focused on delivering results.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, frequent team interaction, and collaboration with the life-insurance domain experts.

• Manage a team of about 13 supervisors on a daily basis.
• Plan and conduct one-on-one meetings and follow-ups.
• Define expectations, monitor goals, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support team members in daily work, development and challenges.
• Foster a clear, stimulating, empowering work environment and well-being.
• Oversee activities, priorities, deadlines, resources and obstacles.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure smooth information flow.
• Encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with life-insurance expertise on specific issues.
• Provide regular reports to Front Office manager on status and risks.
