Capco in Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialising in the Energy & Utilities sector to join our consulting team in Belgium. You will analyse complex processes, gather requirements and translate them into practical functional specifications while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to drive transformation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Business Analysis, hands-on Retail Energy exposure and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience within Retail Energy (CIS, Energy Billing, EDI, Customer Care).
• Experience in gathering and analysing requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience with business process mapping, gap analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business needs, functional requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Map existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, process flows and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to align business and IT stakeholders.
• Support implementation, validation of solutions and project delivery.
