Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the business delivery of a complex cards program in a hybrid Brussels role with regular travel to Paris. You will own program planning, governance and delivery, ensuring objectives, budgets and dependencies stay aligned while working with senior stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep banking operations knowledge, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex programs.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and technology delivery.
• Experience across business and IT teams with enterprise IT systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2 or PMBOK, plus planning and reporting tools.
• Experience managing governance, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align interests.
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented with strategic thinking.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans aligning milestones and priorities.
• Establish and manage program governance including decision-making and reporting.
• Prepare and lead program boards and steering committees with clear progress updates.
• Manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders, internal and external partners.
• Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and objectives and address delays.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation across the program.
• Manage budgets and business cases, monitor financial performance and investments.
• Lead and motivate contributors with clear accountability and outcomes.
