Capco is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Belgium to join our consulting team and support one of our financial services clients. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure smooth delivery of automation projects, including robots and chatbots, in a hybrid work setup.
The ideal candidate has around 5 years of Scrum Master experience, proficiency in English and Dutch/French, and hands-on exposure to Blue Prism in a consulting
Qualifications
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum delivery.
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Blue Prism is a strong plus.
Responsabilités
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Foster ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management and sprint prep.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
- Create transparency around progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.
- Support delivery and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
- Enhance ways of working and delivery maturity.
- Contribute to successful delivery in a financial services environment.
