Capco Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Retail Energy expertise to strengthen our consulting team in Belgium. You will analyse complex business processes, translate challenges into practical solutions and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive transformation across energy value chains.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience within Retail Energy with domain knowledge listed.
• Strong requirements gathering and translation into functional specs.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Professional English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business needs and requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and design future-state improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, flows and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to align business and IT teams.
• Support design, validation and delivery of business solutions.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, reports and recommendations for projects.
