Capco ICT Risk is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels, focusing on risk, regulation, and technology in the Financial Services sector. You will translate regulatory expectations into clear business requirements, support DORA implementation, and collaborate with business, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BA, IT BA, Risk Consultant or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with DORA in Financial Services.
• Experience on IAM/PAM, System Hardening and IT Security Data Protection.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical business processes and controls.
• Good knowledge of ICT risk, operational resilience and regulatory change.
• Fluent in French OR Dutch (spoken/written) AND English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes, systems and services to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into clear business and functional requirements.
• Support clients in implementing DORA requirements across processes and tech.
• Perform gap assessments and impact analyses against DORA, NIS2, and related standards.
• Contribute to design and implementation of processes, controls, governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables, including BRDs, process docs and risk assessments.
