Job summary

The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Reservations Intern to join our Revenue & Reservations team. You will gain hands-on experience in reservations, guest service and revenue strategies, supporting daily operations and ensuring accurate guest information.

As part of a vibrant lifestyle hotel, you will learn pricing, forecasting and distribution, while developing customer relations and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. English and French fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management or related discipline.
• Interest in Reservations, Revenue Management, guest relations and the commercial side of hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities; interest in pricing and hotel performance.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily reservations operations and handle booking inquiries.
• Prepare offers and process reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Assist with group bookings, room availability and inventory controls.
• Prepare arrival and reservations reports for other departments.
• Learn pricing strategies, demand forecasting and distribution systems.
